Privacy Policy

About this policy
LoTrack helps you view Thai lottery results and check or save ticket numbers. This policy explains the information used by the LoTrack apps and API.
Information you provide
You can view results without signing in. If you sign in, we receive an identity token from Google or Apple and store your provider account identifier, display name, and verified email address when supplied. If you save a ticket, we store its six-digit number, draw date, and any note you enter. We calculate its result when a draw is published.
Camera and ticket scans
The scanner reads a ticket Data Matrix on your device. LoTrack does not take or upload a ticket photo. When you check or save a ticket, the six-digit ticket number is sent to the API. We do not send your saved ticket records to the Government Lottery Office.
Technical and advertising data
Our server and hosting provider may process IP addresses, request details, and error logs to deliver and protect the service. The apps use Google AdMob. Google Mobile Ads may collect and share IP address, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, and diagnostic data for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. Google processes this data under its own policies.
How we use and share information
We use account information to authenticate you, ticket information to manage and check your saved tickets, and technical information to operate and secure LoTrack. Google and Apple provide sign-in services; Google provides ads; and our hosting provider processes the data needed to run the API. We do not sell your saved ticket records.
Storage and retention
Account and saved-ticket information is kept while your account remains active. Deleting your account removes your LoTrack profile, linked sign-in identities, sessions, and all saved ticket numbers, draw dates, and notes. Published lottery results remain available because they are not part of your account. Operational logs may be kept as needed for security, troubleshooting, or legal reasons. Sign-in sessions otherwise expire after 30 days or can be revoked by signing out. The apps store the API session token in device secure storage. The iOS app also stores the name Apple first supplies in secure device storage so it can retry sending that name on a later sign-in; this copy is removed when you delete your LoTrack account.
Your choices and requests
You can use result checking without an account, remove individual saved tickets, sign out, or permanently delete your LoTrack account in Settings. Account deletion cannot be undone and removes all saved tickets. A Remove Ads purchase remains with your Apple Account and can be restored independently of your LoTrack account. If you used Sign in with Apple, you can separately stop using LoTrack in your Apple Account settings. You can manage camera permission in device settings and advertising preferences through your device or Google account settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as LoTrack changes. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
